Dr. Martha M. Rodriguez has practiced Internal Medicine in the Boynton Beach area for more than 15 years. Dr. Rodriguez earned her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Este, Dominican Republic and completed her residency at Hackensack Medical Center, New Jersey.
Dr. Rodriguez’s unique background has influenced her philosophy of caring and medical practice. Her field of specialty is geriatric patients and making their golden years shine. Dr. Rodriguez is affiliated with Bethesda Memorial Hospital and Boynton Beach.
Dr. Martha M. Rodriguez healthcare received the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Level 3 Recognition for Excellence. This is the highest level of recognition awarded by NCQA, the organization that evaluates providers and clinics based on the quality of care given to patients under the Medical Home model.
Awarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) with the Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP) and Heart/Stroke Recognition Program (HSRP). We are the only practice in Palm Beach County to hold the Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP) and the only practice in Florida to hold the Heart/Stroke Recognition Program (HSRP).
The Diabetes Recognition Program accreditation is given to practices and clinicians that demonstrate excellence in the treatment and improved prognosis of diabetes.
The Heart/Stroke Recognition Program was launched in 2003. This voluntary program is designed to recognize clinicians who use evidence-based measures and provide excellent care to persons with cardiovascular disease (CVD) or who have had a stroke.
